I have been living independently for the last 26 years with varying degrees of success. Since becoming a service user of CPA independent living has become a lot easier. I wish to make it known how highly satisfied I am; not only with the high standards of CPA’s service, but also with the quality of the personal assistants they employ.

He was sent home from hospital with no equipment to help us. CPA made numerous phone calls to get the right equipment into our home and took away the stress from me.

J has a fabulous support network provided by CPA. He is enabled to live a full and productive life due to the quality of services he receives from CPA. I cannot express enough how good they are. They are always on time, never miss a call, and D always knows which carer is coming. This enables me to go to work stress free (which has not always been the case) The change in D since starting CPA is easy to see.

Having carers for the last 10 years we have not had a good experience, until 2 years ago a friend recommended CPA.
I wish we had CPA for D’s care from the beginning and cannot recommend them highly enough.

He can interact with the carers. It’s only 2 or 3 carers that visit him. They all take the time to talk to him, and with aphasia that’s not easy. They encourage him to go out which, believe me, isn’t easy!
