Personal Care Assistant


Being a personal care assistant is a very rewarding job; Our personal care assistants make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable & impaired individuals who would otherwise struggle to retain their independence without professional & compassionate support.
You don’t have to be fully qualified as all required training and additional experience can be provided, but you do need a passionate & caring nature that drives you to care for others.

From helping someone with their personal tasks, to being a companion during a day out, a personal assistant role can vary greatly.

Weekend Personal Care Assistant (Driver necessary)

Staff are required to support 4 service users in the following postcode areas, S2, S5 & S13. 

Duties can include:

Personal Care

Domestic duties

Social and emotional support

Medication support

Food preparation


Job type: Part time

Supporting Independent Living

​​Part Time Personal Care Assistant (Driver necessary)

Staff are required to support service users to remain independent within their own homes, whether that be by assisting them on outings, helping with their shopping, or supporting them with personal care. Staff need to be able to work some, if not all, weekends.

Providing Personal care
Domestic duties
Providing social and emotional support

Medication support

Food preparation

Salary: £170.00 to £285.00

​​PM Personal Care Assistant (Driver necessary)

Staff are required to support 3 service users to remain independent within their own homes in the South Sheffield area.

(Approx. 20 hours per week)

Duties can include:
Providing Personal care
Domestic duties
Providing social and emotional support

Medication support

Food preparation

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £170.00 to £190 / week

​​Personal Care Assistant S3 (includes sleep-ins)

Working as part of a small team at a single location, staff are required to support an individual service user over a 24 hour period from 8am - 8am the following day. This comprises of a day shift, followed by a sleep-in where you will be expected to sleep for the majority of the time with a minimum number or no wakes.

Providing Personal care
Domestic duties
Shopping
Assisting with social activities
Assisting with communication
Providing social and emotional support

Medication support

Food preparation and support to consume

Salary: £153.00 to £171.00 /day
